The Kelley Group is providing civil engineering design of an elevated riparian multi-use boardwalk on Lake Guntersville along the U.S. 431 causeway. The scope of work includes

• State and federal permitting
• Funding by Alabama Department of Transportation, Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs, and Tennessee Valley Authority.
• Design of 4500 linear feet of ten-foot-wide riparian boardwalk and asphalt multi-use trail along Hwy 431 to connect to existing Sunset Trail
• Lighting plan
• Trailhead signage
