The Kelley Group’s work on this project included:
- ALDOT ATRIP II funding in the amount of $2,000,000
- Road diet on SR 168 from four lanes to three lanes
- Traffic signalization warrant study for new intersection at entrance of (former Boaz Outlet property)
- Design of new intersection with mast arm traffic signals
- Masterplan and 3D renderings for redevelopment
- Design of new boulevard and roundabout
- Design of passive recreational park to compliment new indoor aquatics and recreation facility
