The Kelley Group provided funding acquisition and management of ALDOT TAP funds, as well as civil engineering design of a multi-use pedestrian pathway for the Town of Wilsonville. The master plan connects the highway commercial with downtown shops and municipal buildings, and Hebb Road Park to downtown to create a walkable community.
